Why Update your information

In most cases, people like to know who they are dealing with. Commodities owners want to know who they are renting their items to, renters want to know who they are renting from and, transporters need to know their clients, etc.

_Commodities owners:

If you are a commodities owner, it is imperative that you clearly present to the public who you really are. This is the only way other users will separate you from scammers. Be sure to add a profile picture, a phone number – not visible to all – and be ready to communicate via WhatsApp or e-mail. 

_Renters

As a renter, it obvious that not a single commodities owner will rent out anything to you if your profile is not completed and your identity can not be verified. Make sure that your profile picture and information is recent because the owner will be comparing it with the one on your ID and you physically.

At pick up, be ready to provide the item’s owner with your ID and in some cases, you should be willing to have your picture taken by the owner.

_Transporters

If you sign up to become a transporter, you should upload the make, model, and pictures of the vehicles that will be used to transport people commodities. Also, just like the Renters, your ID information must match your profile data.

How to Update your Profile Information

1 – log into you account

2- click on your profile image area

3- click on settings

4- fill out all the information. Make sure to scroll all the way down

5- Your are DONE!
