A Commodities owner on the Ovrint platform is simply an individual or a business that owns some commodities and would like to rent them out.
Being an Ovrint commodities owner member is an excellent decision because from now on, you could finally turn your items into an income source.
We have several categories to hold your items. No matter what type of commodity you own, there must be people out there looking to buy or rent one.
You are an independent business owner. You could increase or decrease your inventory, adjust your prices, keep your books, set your policies, etc…
You can really earn big working with Ovrint. It all depends on you, how many items you are renting out, the need or demand of those items in your area, your availability, your prices, …etc
Always remember this : If you own it, somebody else needs it too.
In order to have an idea of your earnings potential, let’s imagine that you are just a “block member” with 2 items, a shop-vac and a pressure washer machine. These two commodities alone could generate around $100 daily. This would be $700 a week and $2800 monthly.
Now image having ten commodities on the platform. Your earnings would be a whole lot higher.
If you own heavy-duty equipment, you can image how much you could make daily.
To earn more, you need more targeted listings. To have more listings you need a higher membership plan such as “street plan”, the “City plan”, etc…
Also, another path to higher earnings is to own heavy-duty tools and equipment. With these equipment you could be making thousands of dollars daily.
First of all, apart from commodities acquired for special professional projects, almost everything that you bought to satisfy a need, the people in your area have almost the same need.
Why buy expensive commodities for a one time yearly usage when you can rent it for cheap and save money and storage space.
If you intend to turn your garage or land into a “commodities rental businesses”, you should first make sure that everything that you buy is needed by the people around you. You block, street, neighborhood, city and maybe your state.
Your are the commodities owner, Ovrint is just the bridge between you and the renter. It is your responsibilities to take appropriate measures to secure your items.
A few things that we encourage commodities owners to do are:
1- Always take a picture of the renter’s ID
2- Always take a picture of the tag of the renter’s vehicle.
3- Make sure that the picture of the ID and the address match the ones on his Ovrint profile picture.
4- If the ID’s picture or the address on the ID are different from the one on his profile, you should not close that deal.
5- You could even require a deposit on certain commodities.
Note: All your rules and requirements must be clearly mentioned in the items’ description section
